John Hare

As a fourth-generation viticulturist, John Hare continues his family’s legacy for developing distinctive wines and adhering to traditional production methods. Dating as far back as the early 1900s in Kochovo, Bulgaria, the family has supplied quality grapes to the two local wineries in their village. Wine-making traditions run deep in the family, which now boasts a selection of uniquely balanced wines and premium varietal Icewines in the Niagara-on-the-lake region.
