2018 Silver Noble Merlot

A complex red wine with earthy notes and subtle gaminess on the nose, followed by fruit notes of black plum, red current, and raspberry. Dry and medium-bodied, with notes of dark chocolate and raspberry on the palate, ending with a long, spicy finish, and gripping tannins. Aged in French Oak for 24 months. 

Food Pairings: This medium-bodied, earthy and spicy red wne pairs excellently with rich red meats such as peppercorn steak, brased lamb, and aged or bold, salty cheese.
