2019 Jack Rabbit Red
The nose has dried fruit notes of plum and cherry, with subtle leather and cigar box aromas. Dry, light-bodied with moderate tannins on the palate. Notes of fresh cherry, dark chocolate, and a subtle finish of black peppercorns. Aged for 8 months in French Oak.
Food Pairings: This light-bodied red is excellent with barbeque foods, such as ribs, brisket, and marinated chicken.
