2019 Jack Rabbit White
Varietals: 50% Vidal Blanc, 25% Reisling, 12.5% Gewurztraminer, 12.5% Sauvignon Blanc
The nose has layered aromas of mango, passionfruit, nectarine, green apple, lime, and a slight herbal note. On the palate, this wine is off-dry and light-bodied, with flavours of pear, lime, and subtle jasmine and grassy notes, followed by bright acidity on the finish.
Food Pairings: This fruit-forward and light-bodied white blend can be paired with herbed white fish, shrimp, and roasted chicken. It would also pair well with light cheeses such as feta or goat cheese.
