2020 Hare Chardonnay

Our cool climate Chardonnay provides aromas of fresh fruit flavours such as apricot, lemon, and apple. Slightly oaked this Chardonnay is great for those to ease into a Niagara Chardonnay. 

Food Pairings: Delicate dishes such as steamed fish, and grilled chicken. Also works well with fattier dishes like pasta with cream sauce or seafood chowder.
