2020 Hare Sparkling Rosé

Made in the Charmat Method, this sparkling rosé has fruit-forward notes of strawberry and cherry jam on the nose. The palate is off-dry and medium-bodied with notes of strawberry, peach, citrus, and a hint of white chocolate. 

Food Pairings: This sparkling rosé is versatile and can be paired with many dishes: oysters, clams, spicy foods, as a palate cleanser for rich fried foods, and lightly sweet desserts such as chocolate mousse.
