2021 Haretage Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine has aromatics of red current, black plum, and violets on the nose. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with blackberry and cocoa, folllowed by a lightly smokey note and moderate tannins. Aged in French Oak for 12 months. 

Food Pairings: This medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon pairs excellently with filet mignon, lamb, burgers, garlic-based foods, rich mushroom dishes, and bold cheeses, such as aged cheddar.
