2020 Hare Sauvignon Blanc

This wine has aromatics of green apple, cut grass, and fresh asparagus on the nose. The palate is dry and light-bodied with notes of citrus and passionfruit, and refreshing acidity on the finish. 

Food Pairings: This dry and herbaceous white wine pairs well with goat cheese, herbed seafood dishes such as lemon and dill-glazed salmon, or grilled chicken.
